Thank you very much for your answer.
I went to Honda service center and checked electritonic diagnostics. Now I know the result. The result is Oxygen sensor. Then, I went to another shop because it is cheaper. The shop already changed the Oxygen sensor. When I am driving, The check engine light did not show up. I feel good when I drive.
But I am not sure.
However, when I turn on key(not start), the check engine light turns on, and then turns off. When the car is running, the check engine light turns off. It that OK?

If check engine light turn on when key is ON then off in a few seconds, mean that the computer checking itself and found everything okay. You have no need to be worry about anything.
