ฮอนด้าจัดพิธีเปิดโรงงานปราจีนบุรีแห่งใหม่

วันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2559 บริษัท ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จัดพิธีเปิดโรงงานผลิตรถยนต์ฮอนด้าแห่งใหม่ในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี อย่างเป็นทางการ โดยโรงงานแห่งนี้มีเทคโนโลยีการผลิตประสิทธิภาพสูง และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิต และการส่งมอบยานยนต์คุณภาพให้กับลูกค้าในประเทศไทย และในอีกหลายประเทศทั่วโลก โรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรีจึงมีส่วนเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่ง และทวีบทบาทของบริษัทฯ เพื่อเป็นหนึ่งในฐานการผลิตรถยนต์ที่สำคัญของฮอนด้า

ในพิธีเปิดฯ ได้รับเกียรติจากรองนายกรัฐมนตรี ดร.สมคิด จาตุศรีพิทักษ์ พร้อมด้วยรัฐมนตรี และคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ร่วมด้วย มร.ชิโร ซะโดชิมะ เอกอัคราชทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และซัพพลายเออร์ ของบริษัทฯ โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารฮอนด้า นำโดย มร.ทาคาฮิโระ ฮาจิโกะ ประธานกรรมการบริหาร ซีอีโอ และผู้แทนกรรมการ บริษัท ฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด มร.โนริอากิ อาเบะ หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการประจำภูมิภาคเอเชียและโอเชียเนีย บริษัท ฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด และประธานกรรมการบริหารและซีอีโอ บริษัท เอเชี่ยนฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด และมร.กาคุ นาคานิชิ ประธานกรรมการบริหารและซีอีโอ บริษัท ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ให้การต้อนรับ

โรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรีได้รับการออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิด “ส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพสูง ด้วยสมดุลที่เหมาะสมของทักษะฝีมือการผลิต และเทคโนโลยีอันทันสมัย” โรงงานแห่งนี้จึงมีเทคโนโลยีใหม่ล่าสุดที่ได้รับการติดตั้ง
ในสายการผลิตเป็นครั้งแรกของฮอนด้า ซึ่งรวมถึงนวัตกรรมสายการประกอบรถยนต์รูปแบบใหม่ ARC Line (Assembly Revolution Cell) ที่ฮอนด้าพัฒนาขึ้นและนำมาใช้ที่โรงงานแห่งนี้เป็นแห่งแรกของโลก* ซึ่งมีสายการผลิตหลักทำงานร่วมกับระบบการผลิตแบบเซลล์ และยังมีการนำนวัตกรรมการผลิตอันทันสมัยและ
เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงงานผลิตรถยนต์ที่โยริอิ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น มาประยุกต์ใช้อีกด้วย โดยโรงงานแห่งนี้
ได้เริ่มเดินสายการผลิตฮอนด้า ซีวิค ใหม่ เป็นรุ่นแรก ในเดือนมีนาคม 2559 โดยก่อนหน้านี้ ได้เริ่มเดินสายการผลิตในสายงานการฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติกเมื่อเดือนตุลาคม 2558 ตามด้วยสายงานการผลิตเครื่องยนต์ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2559 และในอนาคต โรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรียังมีแผนที่จะผลิตรถยนต์ในระดับคอมแพคท์ และซับคอมแพคท์ เซ็กเมนต์ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน สำหรับตลาดในประเทศไทย และตลาดส่งออกอีกด้วย

ดร. สมคิด จาตุศรีพิทักษ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี กล่าวว่า “อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ นับเป็นอุตสาหกรรมหลักที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศเป็นอย่างมาก ผมรู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ฮอนด้าส่งเสริมให้ประเทศไทยเป็นหนึ่งในฐานการผลิตและส่งออกที่สำคัญ ด้วยการนำเทคโนโลยีอันทันสมัย และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม มาประยุกต์ใช้ ตอกย้ำจุดยืนของประเทศในการเป็นฐานการผลิตยานยนต์ที่สำคัญของโลกได้เป็นอย่างดี”

มร. ทาคาฮิโระ ฮาจิโกะ ประธานกรรมการบริหารและซีอีโอ และผู้แทนกรรมการ บริษัท ฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด กล่าวว่า “ประเทศไทยได้ทวีบทบาทการเป็นหนึ่งในฐานการผลิตที่สำคัญของฮอนด้าเพื่อป้อนผลิตภัณฑ์และชิ้นส่วนให้กับทั้งตลาดในประเทศ และทั่วโลก รวมถึงกลุ่มประเทศในภูมิภาคอาเซียน ซึ่งนับเป็นภูมิภาคที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการผลักดันการเติบโตของยอดขายของฮอนด้าทั่วโลก ในวันนี้ จากการเริ่มเดินสายการผลิต ณ โรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรีแห่งใหม่ ที่มีเทคโนโลยีการผลิตอันทันสมัย จึงมีส่วนส่งเสริมให้ประเทศไทยมีความสำคัญมากยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต”

มร. โนริอากิ อาเบะ หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการประจำภูมิภาคเอเชียและโอเชียเนีย บริษัท ฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด และประธานกรรมการบริหารและซีอีโอ บริษัท เอเชี่ยนฮอนด้า มอเตอร์ จำกัด กล่าวว่า “โรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรี ที่มีเทคโนโลยีการผลิตอันทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูง จะมีส่วนช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขันของผลิตภัณฑ์และชิ้นส่วนของฮอนด้า และในอนาคต เรายังมีแผนที่จะผลิตรถยนต์ในระดับคอมแพคท์ และซับคอมแพคท์ เซ็กเมนต์ ที่โรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรีแห่งนี้ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน สำหรับตลาดในประเทศไทย และตลาดส่งออก ซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี”

มร. กาคุ นาคานิชิ ประธานกรรมการบริหารและซีอีโอ บริษัท ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กล่าวว่า “ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงของโรงงานแห่งนี้ ฮอนด้ามุ่งสร้างความแข็งแกร่งทางธุรกิจและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันให้กับรถยนต์ และชิ้นส่วนประกอบที่ผลิตขึ้นในประเทศไทย”

 

เทคโนโลยีการผลิตในโรงงานฮอนด้าปราจีนบุรี
<เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในสายการผลิต>
– สายงานการประกอบรถยนต์ (Assembly Line):
มีการนำเทคโนโลยี ARC Line (Assembly Revolution Cell) มาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นครั้งแรกของโลก
ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตขึ้น 10% เมื่อเทียบกับสายการผลิตแบบเดิม

– สายงานการขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วน (Stamping Line):
เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วน 25% เมื่อเทียบกับสายการผลิตแบบเดิม ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการเคลื่อนย้ายชิ้นส่วนด้วยความเร็วสูง

– สายงานการเชื่อมประกอบโครงสร้างตัวถังรถยนต์ (Welding Line):
มีการใช้เครื่องจักรประกอบตัวถังหลัก ซึ่งเป็นหุ่นยนต์จับชิ้นงาน (Welding Jig) ขนาดเล็ก ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเชื่อมประกอบขึ้น 40%

– สายงานการเชื่อมประกอบโครงสร้างตัวถังรถยนต์ (Welding Line):
มีระบบสายพานลำเลียงชิ้นส่วนที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยพลังน้ำ (Water Conveyor) มาใช้ในการลำเลียงชิ้นส่วนตัวถัง

– การจัดการภายในโรงงาน (Facility Management):
หลังคาโปร่งแสง (Skylight Roof) ช่วยให้แสงอาทิตย์ส่องเข้ามาในอาคารได้ และลดการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าส่องสว่าง

PRACHINBURI, Thailand (12 May, 2016) – Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (HATC) today hosted the opening ceremony for its new plant located at Rojana Industrial Park in Prachinburi province. The all-new plant, equipped with Honda’s highly-efficient and environmentally-responsible production technologies, will serve to enhance Honda’s capability to deliver quality products for customers in Thailand and worldwide. The plant also will help strengthen the company’s role as one of Honda’s important automobile production hubs.

 

The ceremony was attended by H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, honorable members of the cabinet, and H.E. Shiro Sadoshima, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Thailand, business partners and suppliers of HATC, as well as Honda executives including Mr. Takahiro Hachigo, President, CEO & Representative Director of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.; Mr. Yoshi Yamane, Senior Managing Officer and Director of Honda Motor Co, Ltd.; Mr. Noriaki Abe, Chief Operating Officer for Regional Operations (Asia & Oceania) of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (and President & CEO of Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd.); and Mr. Gaku Nakanishi, President & CEO of Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

 

With the concept of “delivering quality products with the optimal balance of human craftsmanship and advanced production technologies”, the Prachinburi plant has adopted Honda’s newest production technologies. This includes the world’s first* cell production-style ARC (Assembly Revolution Cell) Line, incorporating flowing cell production-style production units in the main line. The plant also inherited advanced and eco-responsible technologies introduced at Honda’s Yorii Plant, Honda’s most advanced auto plant in Japan. The Prachinburi plant started mass production with the all-new Honda Civic in March 2016, following the production start for plastic parts, and engine and engine parts, which started in October 2015 and February 2016 respectively. The plant plans to produce sub-compact and compact models in the future to further enhance its competitiveness for the domestic market and export markets.

 

Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Deputy Prime Minister said: “As the automotive industry is a major factor in the development of the Thai economy, I am glad to see Honda is making Thailand a strategic production and export hub with the most advanced and environmentally-responsible technologies.
