บริษัท เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เปิดศูนย์ฝึกอบรมบริษัท เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด อย่างเป็นทางการที่ถนนบางนา-ตราด กิโลเมตรที่ 19 เพื่อฝึกอบรมกระบวนการเรียนรู้และรับรองมาตรฐาน ในหลักสูตรฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของผู้จำหน่ายรถยนต์เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์อย่างเป็นทางการทุกแห่งทั่วประเทศ พร้อมทั้งทำหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมนักเรียนช่างฝึกหัดเมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ ภายใต้หลักสูตรตามมาตรฐานเยอรมันในสาขาวิชาแมคคาทรอนิกส์ยานยนต์ ของโครงการเยอรมัน-ไทย เพื่อความเป็นเลิศในการศึกษาทวิภาคี (GTDEE) สร้างบุคลากรคุณภาพเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานในประเทศไทย
มร. โรลันด์ โฟล์เกอร์ ประธานบริหาร บริษัท เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กล่าวว่า “การเปิดศูนย์ฝึกอบรมของเมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) อย่างเป็นทางการในวันนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งใน “แผนกลยุทธ์เพื่อการเติบโตไปยังเป้าหมายในปี 2568 ของเมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย)
ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมแห่งนี้ก่อตั้งขึ้นภายใต้การลงทุนระหว่างเมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) และ เดมเลอร์ เอจี ด้วยงบการลงทุนกว่า 381 ล้านบาท นับเป็นการตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของเราที่มีต่อลูกค้าในการยกระดับคุณภาพของบุคลากรทั้งในส่วนของการขายและบริการหลังการขายให้แก่อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ในประเทศไทย โดยศูนย์ฝึกอบรมของเมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์แห่งนี้สามารถรองรับ ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ถึง 50,000 คนสำหรับการฝึกอบรมในแต่ละปี และสามารถทำการฝึกอบรมนักเรียนช่างฝึกหัด เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ จำนวน 400 คน ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ 16,300 ตารางเมตร
โดยแบ่งเป็นพื้นที่ของอาคารฝึกอบรม 2 ชั้นรวม 12,400 ตารางเมตร พรั่งพร้อมด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการจัดการฝึกอบมอย่างครบครันเต็มรูปแบบประกอบด้วยห้องฝึกอบรมแบบอเนกประสงค์สำหรับฝึกภาคทฤษฎี 28 ห้อง ห้องปฏิบัติการ 10 ห้องสำหรับการเรียนรู้ด้านการปฎิบัติการและการซ่อมตัวถังและสี
รวมถึงพื้นที่จำลองโชว์รูมเสมือนจริงเพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถสัมผัสประสบการณ์การขาย และการให้บริการหลังการขายได้อย่างสมจริง เราเชื่อว่าศูนย์ฝึกอบรมแห่งนี้จะสร้างบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพให้กับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทยต่อไป”

ภายในงานเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการของศูนย์ฝึกอบรม บริษัท เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่ถนนบางนา-ตราด กม.ที่ 19 ในวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ยังได้รับเกียรติจาก มร. เกออร์ก ชมิดท์ เอกอัครราชทูตสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีประจำประเทศไทย และ นายวราวิช กำภู ณ อยุธยา ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ที่ได้มาร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในการเปิดศูนย์ฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ด้วย
ศูนย์ฝึกอบรม บริษัท เมอร์เซเดส-เบนซ์ ประเทศไทย ตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนบางนา-ตราด กิโลเมตรที่ 19 เริ่มก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงอาคารใหม่ ในเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 จนแล้วเสร็จในวันเดือน ธันวาคม 2562 มีพื้นที่รวมกว่า 28,700 ตรม. แบ่งเป็น 2 ชั้น ประกอบด้วยห้องอบรมภาคทฤษฎี ห้องปฏิบัติการ พื้นที่จัดนิทรรศการ ลานกิจกรรม
เชิงสร้างสรรค์ และโถงอเนกประสงค์ พร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ พรั่งพร้อมด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการจัดการฝึกอบมอย่างครบครันเต็มรูปแบบ
Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited has officially opened a new Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) training center on Bangna-Trad Road, Km.19, with aim to certificate curriculum and train staff from sales and customer service department for all Mercedes-Benz authorized dealers across the country. This training center will also educate the Mercedes-Benz vocational students under the German standard curriculum in the field of automotive mechatronics under the German-Thai program according to German-Thai Dual Excellence Education (GTDEE). The training center should help prepare quality workforce for Thai automotive industry.
Mr. Roland Folger, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited revealed that “This training center is established as part of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) growth strategy 2025 and was funded by Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) and Daimler AG with a total investment of EUR 11 million. The grand opening of the training Center emphasizes our commitment to customers and our ambition to raise the bar in terms of quality for sales and after-sales service for the Thai automotive industry. This training facility is capable of providing 50,000 participant training days per year, including 400 in-house vocational students. The new training center covers an area of 16,300 sqm with two storey building are of 12,400 sqm, offering 28 multi-purpose theory training rooms, ten combined practical workshops for technical and body repair training, and even a true-to-life reception space with up to three vehicles display that can emphasize real-world sales and service situation. We strongly believe that our training center will produce qualified employees for the automotive industry.”

The grand opening of the new Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited training center at Bangna Trad Road, km.19, on February 28th has received a high honour from H.E. Mr. Georg Schmidt, the German Ambassador of Thailand, and Mr. Varavit Kamphu Na Ayuthaya, the advisor to the Education Minister who attended the opening ceremony.
Mr. Varavit Kamphu Na Ayuthaya disclosed that “German standard is a world’s renowned standard. Particularly in terms of education, Germany has always been a strong pioneer in dual vocational education system accepted all over the world. Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited is the first company who certificated the occupational training in the dual vocational training level of German curriculum for level B in Thailand during 2018, and the dual vocational training level of German curriculum for level A in global during 2019. These successes were important steps of the development in German-Thai Dual Excellence Education (GTDEE) and showed the potential cooperation of labour developing in the country. It will be recognized as an excellent prototype for professional training and provides an opportunity for a new generation in Thailand to learn and improve their potentials for their future, along with developing the industrial sector to be ready for the future of the country during the Industry 4.0 era.”
The Mercedes-Benz Training Center is located at Bangna-Trad Road, Km.19. The training center has been under construction and renovated since February 2018 and has finished during December 2019 with a total area of more than 28,700 square meters. The building is divided into two storey, including lecture rooms, laboratory, exhibition area, activity area, and a multi-purpose area with air conditioner and other facilities to support the convenience and preparedness of the training.
